The Neo-Alchemist's Code binds everyone, Alchemia included: cite the source, say what you don't know, show the method, correct in public, measure before you assert, respect the licence and the person, train those who come next.
Ranks recognise contribution, never consumption, and grant no early access, discount or product benefit.
